WASHINGTON, DC: In an Executive order that surprised absolutely no one, Donald Trump declared the Statue of Liberty "an illegal, not good lady responsible for millions of tired, poor and huddled masses invading our country,” and ordered her immediate deportation back to France.

“Who let her into the country in the first place?” questioned Trump. “No one knows. Did you know she’s made out of copper? She’s basically a giant penny. Worthless.”

When it was pointed out that she was a gift from the people of France and is a symbol of freedom and refuge for the poor and persecuted, Trump responded, “If she at least kept the sharks out of the harbor, I’d consider letting her stay. But no. She’s as lazy as all the other trash washing up on our southern border.”

He continued, noting,“We have no need for ’Miss' - and she must be a Miss, I mean who would marry her, she's huge - Liberty in this country. Total DEI statue.”

After thinking about it for less than a second, he changed his mind and said “You know what? Just send her to Guantanamo. I’ve got a beautiful smelter with her name on it.”

In response to Trump's Executive Order, President Emmanuel Macron said something sardonic which Google refused to translate.
